Rovaryn Digital Inc. builds focused software tools for underserved B2B markets — businesses too large for spreadsheets, too small for enterprise contracts. Job Band Builder is the first product in the HR Compensation cluster: a purpose-built, sub-$500/month structured band builder designed for the all-industry SMB HR generalist who is navigating pay transparency compliance without a dedicated compensation analyst.
Why we built it
Pay transparency legislation has swept the United States and Canada. As of 2026, 18 states plus Washington D.C. require salary ranges in job postings. Every new jurisdiction enactment converts another cohort of spreadsheet users into active buyers — but the available tools are built for two groups: enterprise compensation teams at 500+ person organizations, and VC-backed tech startups with equity-linked pay. The 75-person manufacturer, the 120-person logistics company, the 200-person healthcare support organization — they have no purpose-built option. Job Band Builder is that option.
